Recruiting Process
The Process
If your company/organization has not used an agency in the past, or has
experience with another agency, we offer the following information as to what
you can expect from QP.
QP has worked alongside hiring managers with very little hiring experience up
to decades of experience; we believe the following process is beneficial to
both.
Engagement Letter - All
pricing, rates and terms will be provided for in an engagement letter which is
signed by the client before QP begins the search process.
We are upfront
about pricing so you know what you can expect and there are no surprises.
Resume Forwarding - QP will forward resumes of
suitable candidates for your review. Any questions or comments about the
candidate are handled by QP if further information is necessary.
Interview Scheduling - Once candidates are
selected for an interview by the employer, QP schedules interviews at the
employer's premises (or off site if required) and at mutually agreeable times.
Selection Assistance - QP often assists
employers in highlighting key points to consider before making a final hiring
selection and also identifying intangible candidate attributes that are
critical to success.
QP maintains a constant flow of communication amongst the employer and
candidate so an optimal decision is made by both parties.
